Gillebo Systu´n is located north in Øyer municipality, some 6 km from Øyer village centre. The farm produces broccoli and cauliflower, and has a market garden with assorted seasonal vegetables. From June to October, fresh vegetables are available 24/7 from the self-service stall by the entrance.  There are also ready-to-eat items such as broccoli salad and cauliflower soup, as well as delicious “Stuttreist” sherbet and ice cream produced at the neighbouring farm, Lunke. Buy your vegetables at Gillebo, and enjoy an ice cream on the bench as you take in the spectacular views of Øyer, Hafjell, and Gudbrandsdalslågen.

Colourful cauliflowers, gourmet broccolini, flavoursome beetroots, crooked carrots, and fresh salad from Gillebo Systu´n decorate the plates at cafés and restaurants all over Gudbrandsdalen – from Lillehammer in the south to Jotunheimen and Dovre in the north. 

Other activities include pig farming, and Hafjell Slakteri in the village of Øyer offers pork from Gillebo Systu´n at Christmas as well as during the BBQ season.
