In the old fashioned country store “Ramstadbue” in the middle of the farmyard, you can buy Gudbrandsdalsegg and the home-baked Gudbrandsdalskaku (cake). Gudbrandsdalskaku is made from slightly damaged eggs from the poultry yard. This cake is baked using eggs that otherwise would have been disposed of, and combines all the best flavours from the mountains.
